M3 NHFSOR Plumbing app for iPhone and iPad

PLUMBING ONLY - Are you working on a maintenance contract that uses the M3NHF Schedule of Rates? This app gives you access to the full job descriptions as used in the standard M3NHF Schedule of Rates Version 6.1.

NB1: THIS APP DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RATES, ONLY THE DESCRIPTIONS. To gain access to the rates we need to confirm you are working on behalf of a landlord who is licensed to use the NHFSoR. To get the rates, you can order A5 books from our website, and we will verify you at that time.

NB2: THE APP ONLY SEARCHES BY CODE. It assumes you know the SoR code, and want the full description. It does not include a text search

NB3 - ONLY THE FIRST FEW CODES ARE SEEN IN THE LIST WHEN YOU OPEN THE APP. The others appear when you search for them.

Start to type in an SOR code number, and the list filters down to codes beginning with that number. Keep typing the SOR code until you can see the code you need. Click on the title, and the full description will appear on the next screen.

The About button on the home screen shows standard measurements and definitions as set out in the main contract conditions document.

This app contains the Plumbing trade codes only. The other separate trade apps are: Electrical, Roofing, Heating, Multi-Trade. You can purchase an app covering the full Schedule of Rates for £19.99

NB - the M3NHF Schedule of Rates may be modified by individual clients for individual tenders. Questions about the descriptions and/or rates should be directed to the main contractor, who may choose to seek clarification from the client.
